Updates: New Resident

May was an exciting month at Springer Drive Townhomes:

* The parking lot was paved and lined,

* Decorative trees and grasses were planted,

and most importantly,

* Springer Drive welcome its first homeowner

Construction began on the third and fourth townhomes with the same care and attention to detail as the first two homes.

Updates: Environmentally Friendly Features

Highlander Development, LLC, is placing nearly half of the Springer Drive Properties acreage in a conservation easement. We believe in being good stewards of our Western North Carolina mountains and leaving undisturbed forest for Springer Drive Townhome residents and neighbors to enjoy.

We have also decided to install a community garden where our residents can grow fresh, local produce for their families. The community garden will be irrigated through rainwater catchment barrels attached to the Springer Drive Townhome gutters, reducing our total rainwater runoff.

Updates: New Parking Lot

The weather is perfect for working outside!

Parking lot construction begins this week and will be complete by the end of April. Plans include: ample parking spaces, a decorative retaining wall, and surrounding landscaping.
